• Rental property details (name, address, rent amount, frequency)
• Tenant information (name, phone number, email address)

• Contract documents (photos taken or selected from your library)
• Security deposit information

2. How We Use Your Information

All information entered into the App is used solely for the purpose of managing your rental properties. Your data is:

• Stored locally on your device
• Optionally synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit
• Never sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party
• Never used for advertising or marketing purposes

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in two places:

• On your device — locally in the app's private storage
• iCloud — if you have iCloud enabled, data is synced to your personal Apple iCloud account under your own Apple ID. This sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy

4. Security

The App includes a PIN lock and Face ID / Touch ID authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your data. We recommend enabling these security features to protect your rental information.

5. Camera and Photo Library

The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to photograph and store tenant contracts within the App. These images are stored only on your device and in your iCloud account. They are never transmitted to any external server.

6. Notifications

The App requests permission to send local notifications to remind you of upcoming rent due dates and contract expiry dates. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
